Our Parent / Child classroom for the coming school year is a three day, two – hour classroom. Hours are tbd. We are running a waitlist for the Parent / Child Class. Inquire below for more information!

Independent Toddler Class - TBD

(18 - 36 months)

Our Independent Toddler classroom for the coming school year is a five day, half-day classroom, from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. The children will eat their lunch at school and can nap at home. This classroom is exclusively for children who are not three years old by September 1st. We are running a waitlist for the Independent Toddler Class. Inquire below for more information!

Elementary - TBD

(6 - 9 years old)

Admissions Application Packet

Please take a moment to fill out the application packet containing admission information. For security purposes, it is best to fill out the application from a desktop/laptop rather than a mobile device. Our application fee is $200/child and is paid on FACTS.

Fees:

All fees are non-refundable.

Application Fee: $200 per child (waived for parents choosing the One Payment Plan.)

New Family fee: $500 (one-time capital improvement fee)

Materials fee: $250 per child, ages 3-6 years

Payment Plans:

Tuition installment plan options are available. Tuition is non-refundable once the tuition agreement is signed.

Payments are due on the 15th of each month according to the selected payment plan and are payable on FACTS via autopay.

  • One Payment Plan – June 15, 2021
  • Two Payment Plan – June 15, 2021, and January 15, 2022
  • Ten Payment Plan – Monthly from June 15, 2021, through March 15, 2022

Tuition rates do not include field trips, before & aftercare if applicable, after school enrichment, lunch, milk, or hot lunch.

Service Hours Required:

Parents of children enrolled full time are required to contribute 20 service hours. Parents of children enrolled part-time are required to contribute 10 service hours and parents enrolled in our Parent/Child programs are expected to give at least five service hours. You will be billed at $20/hour for any service hours not completed.

Discounts:

Cardinal Bernardin Montessori Academy offers a 5% sibling discount on the lesser tuition for Primary Families.

Annual Fund Support:

100% participation in the Annual Appeal at any donation level is expected.

Late fees:

FACTS late fees accrued five business days after the due date.

Early Withdrawal Policy

All fees are non-refundable. Families must complete their payment for the month that the student has already started, and payment for ONE additional month.

Financial Aid/Scholarships

Financial aid is applicable ONLY for Kindergarten families. Families are encouraged to apply via Empower Illinois & Big Shoulder Funds for Scholarships:
