**Tuition is for classes meeting once every week during the semester.

Additional Fees:

  • Application Fee ($200 per child)
  • New Family fee ($500) (one-time capital improvement fee)
  • Materials fee ($250 per child, ages 3-12).
  • Tuition is non-refundable once tuition agreement is signed.

Extended Day Program:

Before-care – 7:00am until 8:00am
After-care – 3:15pm until 6:00pm
$8.00 per half-hour, billed at the end of each month based on usage.

Annual Fund Support:

100% participation in the Annual Appeal at any donation level is expected.

Service Hours Required:

20 hrs for Full Time / 10hrs Part Time / 5hrs Parent/child
Billed at $20/hr for any hours not completed

Payment Schedule:

Installment plan options are available.

  • One Payment Plan – June 15
  • Two Payment Plan – June 15 and January 15
  • Ten Payment Plan – Monthly from June 15 – March 15

Payments are due the 15th of each month according to the selected payment plan and are payable on FACTS via auto pay.

Discounts:

Cardinal Bernardin Montessori Academy offers a 5% sibling discount on the lesser tuition for Primary Families. $200 application/re-enrollment fee will be waived for parents choosing the One Payment Plan.

Financial Aid:

Need-based financial aid is available on a limited basis to families enrolled at Cardinal Bernardin Montessori Academy. Financial aid applications are due by March 31st. Determination letters are sent out by late April.

Late fees:

FACTS late fees accrued five business days after the due date.

Primary & Elementary Tuition:

Tuition rates do not include field trips, before & after care, after school enrichment, lunch, milk or hot lunch.

Early Withdrawal Policy

All fees are non-refundable. Families must complete their payment for the month that the student has already started, and payment for ONE additional month.
