Pending availability, students may be admitted at any time during the year, provided they are 3 by Sept. 1st of current school year, but our classes fill up quickly and we have a wait pool.
Admission is recommended as early in the calendar year as possible. For example, if you would like to enroll your child to begin classes in August, it would be wise to begin the application process in January. Financial aid applications are due April 30th and determinations are made in May.
The Cardinal Bernardin Montessori Academy shall accept children whose parents seek to have them admitted for the purpose of moral, academic and social formation. Parents who enroll agree with the philosophy of the Academy and actively participate in its mission and goals.
Enclosed is the packet of school information and many important forms for your child(ren)’s school file. Copies of Birth and Baptismal (if applicable) are necessary. Medical & dental forms required for all children. Vision required for Kindergarten aged children prior to 1st day of school. Medical, vision, & dental should be returned right after your child(ren)’s appointment. Your prompt attention in returning this important paperwork is greatly appreciated. Prior to child’s attendance, parents will create an
account on FACTS to facilitate their payments.
You will be contacted by your child(ren)’s teacher for a parent/child meet and greet scheduled for late summer. This visit provides an opportunity for your child to be more comfortable on their first day and to make it an easier transition from home to school.
