Admissions
Welcome to Cardinal Bernardin Montessori Academy!
Thank you for your interest in our school.
Over the past two decades, we have built a unique learning environment that has served hundreds of Chicago families with a high quality and affordable Montessori education.
Our school is operated under the auspices of the Catholic Bishop of Chicago, in the Archdiocese of Chicago, but we are completely privately funded through tuition and philanthropy.
As a ministry of the Archdiocese, we seek to keep our tuition as low as possible. Financial aid is applicable ONLY for Kindergarten and Elementary families. Families are encouraged to apply via Empower Illinois & Big Shoulder Funds for Scholarships:
https://bigshouldersfund.org/
Our goal is to provide a strong quality Catholic Montessori environment for children in a setting that supports their developmental needs. The Academy values multi-age programming, with cultural, ethnic, and economic diversity in our family population and program implementation.
The Montessori classroom and materials are supportive of the needs and interests of the children and their developmental level. Each classroom is unique and reflects both the staff and children. The school emphasizes and supports the importance of the family in the life of the child throughout their school experience.
Please join us for a Virtual Tour on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. We can’t wait to meet you!
